Complete the Return Form
Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, specifying whether you would like an exchange for a different size or a full refund.
Securely Package Items
Place the unworn items with their original tags still attached back into the packaging, ensuring the completed return form is included inside the parcel.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the provided pre-paid or standard return label to the outside of your package, making sure to cover any previous delivery addresses.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to the nearest post office or designated courier point and keep your proof of postage until your refund or exchange has been processed.
